Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using FiveUXE Anti-Cheat ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FiveUXE.

To use FiveUXE, you must:
03Description of Service
FiveUXE provides anti-cheat protection software for FiveM servers. Our Service includes detection of mod menus, executors, and other cheating software, as well as enforcement actions such as kicks and bans. The Service also includes access to our Global Ban Network, dashboard, API, and customer support.
04License Grant
Upon purchase, FiveUXE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on the number of servers specified in your subscription plan, subject to these Terms.
Rightful Owner of a License
The rightful owner of a FiveUXE license is the person whose Discord account the license is registered and bound to, not the person who made the payment. Payment is a billing transaction only and does not, by itself, confer ownership. Where a purchase is made on behalf of another person, ownership vests in the Discord account to which the license is provisioned. All ownership, access, transfer, and dispute matters are determined solely by the Discord account binding on record with FiveUXE, and FiveUXE will treat that binding as conclusive proof of ownership.
05Local System Scanning
To detect cheating software, Fiveuxe Anticheat performs local file and directory scans on the game client's machine. This process is limited to cheat detection purposes only. No personal files, documents, or data unrelated to cheat detection are accessed, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
06Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in local equivalents dynamically unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider Razopay & ACF Global.
07Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, detection signatures, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of FiveUXE. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license explicitly granted herein.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FiveUXE regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
