Fiveuxe vs EasyAdmin: Why an Admin Panel Isn't an Anticheat

We get this question a lot: "I have EasyAdmin installed, do I still need Fiveuxe?" The answer is absolutely yes— and we say this with full respect for EasyAdmin. It's a great tool. It's just solving a completely different problem.

The Core Difference

EasyAdmin is an admin framework. It gives server admins tools to manually manage players — kick, ban, teleport, spectate, freeze. It's excellent at what it does.

Fiveuxe is an automated anticheat system. It detects and removes cheaters automatically, 24/7, without any admin intervention required.

Comparing them is like comparing a security guard's walkie-talkie to a full CCTV alarm system. You want both — but one is a communication tool and the other is actual security infrastructure.

The Problem with "EasyAdmin Only"

Here's the workflow when you rely solely on EasyAdmin:

1. 1. Cheater joins your server at 3 AM while no admins are online
2. 2. Cheater uses Eulen to spawn money, god-mode, and grief players for 2 hours
3. 3. Players submit reports in Discord. Some just leave silently.
4. 4. Admin logs in next morning, reviews reports, bans the IP
5. 5. Cheater uses VPN, creates a new account, and is back within 10 minutes
6. 6. Repeat indefinitely. Your players lose faith and stop playing.

With Fiveuxe, step 1 never happens. The cheater's HWID is checked against 100+ servers when they connect. If clean, their behavior is monitored in real-time. If they use a mod menu, they're detected and banned within seconds — automatically. And their HWID ban propagates globally.

The Best Setup: Use Both

We actually recommend running EasyAdmin alongside Fiveuxe. Use EasyAdmin for what it's great at — manual admin tools, player management, and community moderation. Use Fiveuxe for what it's great at — automated cheat detection, HWID banning, and global ban synchronization.

They don't conflict. They complement each other perfectly.
