If you are carrying an active Fiveuxe global ban, you can contest it here. Every appeal is read by a human reviewer, next to your full network record.

This form covers Fiveuxe global bans only. If a single server's own staff banned you, that ban belongs to them and you have to appeal with that server directly.

What the fee does and does not buy
